Delievery took too long
On a more positive note, loved what I ordered and the jacket was exactly what I wanted. However I ordered on the 18th December and got my parcel on the 11th january, which is way too long of delievery time within EU countries. During the process both carrier and customer care were a little unhelpful and couldnt give me any real feedback on why my order was taking so long.
The quality of the clothing
The quality of the clothing, exceptional. The style and fabric content is one of the main factors I look for. I have been surprisingly impressed.

I have chased this company for a refund…
I have chased this company for a refund , when i eventually got my refund it was less that what i paid them initially plus i had to pay postage both ways will never recommend site

This company took a month to refund and I have to chase them. I didn’t receive the full refund too. On top of that I paid out of my own money to return the top and I got less the amount that I paid for. Disappointing all throughout

Still waiting…
Still waiting for my order to be despatched after ordering over 2 weeks ago (ordered on 24th November). Sent an email but was told my order was on hold and they would investigate. Still waiting to hear why. I also messaged on socials but got no response on there. It’s not good enough using Black Friday as an excuse as other companies have sent my orders out on time. Very disappointed.

bad customer service
i ordered a dress during black friday sales and i did not hear back about my order for a week. after a week, they finally sent an email saying that it would take time to process the order. however, a couple days after i received another email saying that they had refunded it. i was so confused as i had previously messaged their customer care to ask about my order only to be refunded without my knowledge. apparently, the dress was out of stock by the time i had ordered it but it took them one and a half weeks to let me know? i am absolutely disappointed in their customer care and their failure to update their customers.
Order not dispatched
Ordered on 28 November and says that the item will be delivered within 3 working days. Still waiting for my order to be dispatched a week later so can’t give a better review at this time. Emailed customer service to ask where my parcel was just to be told there are delays and to wait 5 working days before contacting again. Not really a solution
Despatched a week after purchasing, takes a long time to respond to any emails
Stated it would arrive in 3 days but was not despatched until a week later, this does not have anything to do with the courier it is the business that did not despatch in time. When I emailed to cancel my order as it still hadn’t been despatched no one responded. Still have not had a reply

Poor customer service
Poor customer service experience. Took them over a month to a respond to a query I had about their returns portal not working. If I hadn’t worked it out on my own I would have missed their returns window. Response was poor both in information and timing.

LOVE TO KNOW WHERE MY ORDER IS!!!
Well order was due to be delivered to me on 24/11/22 by Evri,but there was a delivery exception whatever that’s meant to be???
When you look @ Evri website says any deliveries will be next day!
Well the 25/11/22,26/11/22& 27/11/22 have been & gone still no idea where my order is!!!
Can’t get any reply from 4th&reckess either where my order is!!!!!
Not a happy customer all I want is my order which I placed & paid for!

worst customer service ever.. it should take 3-6 working day and it has been 15 WORKING DAYS and my order hasn't arrived yet.. Besides that I'm sending emails and no one is answering me and they are deleting all comments from instagram regarding these matter

Do not order from this company
Do not order from this company. I have sent over 4 emails trying to sort out two returns parcels as their returns portal has been broken for god knows how long and they do not respond. I had to result in instagramming them which then lead to a response. I then sent back two items which I am still yet to receive a refund for, if ever. And the blazer I wore for the first time- two buttons fell off. Expensive items and poor quality with absolutely awful customer service/ communication. Do not order from here EVER
